Messaging Board

Small and large message boards visually notify staff and students of important instruction including during an active emergency. The larger message boards allow for more customization with double line text. With Telecenter U, automate all school safety planning so that the message practiced is the message delivered during an actual emergency.

Telecenter U Kiosk

In-room touch screens in classrooms and offices provide teachers and staff with streamlined workflow management, advanced audio control, and visual emergency response tools. 4-Button Call Switch

The Telecenter U Four-Button Call Switch offers seamless communication to the front office. Use to request a response for workflows, initiate an emergency, control status lights and check in a classroom.

Status Lights

Status Lights provide up-to-date information on the status of a school or individual classroom. Lights can show when rooms need cleaning, are ready for use, or require immediate attention in the event of an emergency.

Visual Calendar

Telecenter U’s web-based calendar-style scheduling for bells and announcements is easy and intuitive to use and can be customized or adjusted day to day throughout a month. Easily change messages on the fly or adjust daily schedules school by school or centrally from a simple web browser interface.

Medical equipment and device alarms connect directly from the resident's room to Responder 5000, notifying the appropriate nursing staff of the alarm status.

Staff Station

Placed in common areas, the Staff Station allows anyone to request help to that location while speaking to a person at the nursing station.

Activity boards allow staff to see requests in real-time, allowing allowing you to quickly see the status of your building.
