Michelle Allen
Division Vice President, Business Unit Manager

Ms. Allen joined Rauland in 2021 with over 25 years of experience in healthcare technology leading high performing teams in strategy, product development, engineering and operations. Prior to Rauland, she held positions with Premier, Hospira, GE Healthcare and Abbott Laboratories. Ms. Allen earned her Master's degree in Engineering Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University.

Michael Peipert
Division Vice President, Controller

Mr. Peipert rejoined Rauland in 2014 after previously serving as the Corporate Controller for the Company. Mike returned after serving in various leadership roles at The Boeing Company and practicing law at national law firms. Mike earned a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and a law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, IIT. He also has his CPA.

Larry Ball
Division Vice President, Strategic Development

Mr. Ball has been with Rauland for more than 25 years serving in engineering, product management, sales, and marketing roles. He earned a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University and an M.M. degree from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Mark Demange
Division Vice President, Engineering

Mr. Demange joined Rauland in 2017 with 20+ years of experience in healthcare, consumer, and commercial electronics industries. He has held general management, engineering, and product management roles during his career. Mark has earned a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering, and a Masters of Business Administration.

George Lind
Division Vice President, Education Sales and Marketing

Mr. Lind joined Rauland in 2004 with over 20 years of experience in the education, healthcare, and audio video markets. He has extensive senior level leadership experience, servings in operations, sales, marketing, engineering, and technology management roles throughout his career. George holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree in Technology Management.

Pratap Chakravarthy
Division Vice President, Healthcare Sales and Marketing

Mr. Chakravarthy joins Rauland with 25 years of experience in multinational companies including Johnson and Johnson, Honeywell, Danaher and BCG. He has led teams in business, strategy and commercial leadership roles to address complex challenges and drive sustainable growth. Mr. Chakravarthy has earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Caltech, a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Ohio Wesleyan and an MBA from MIT Sloan.
